partypoker Championship UK - Terms and Conditions

Poker

The event dates, schedule and structure are subject to change.
The Tournament Director(s) can make amendments to tournaments at their discretion.
In the Main Event, players may have a single re-entry per flight. This rule varies for the other tournaments, please check the website for more information.
For an event to start, the tournament must have 15 players registered.
Day two stacks are non-transferable and will be in play from the start of day two.
Final Table deals are permitted at the tournament director’s discretion. 10% of the remaining prize pool must be left for the winner.
Players that register after a tournament starts will receive a full starting stack.

partypoker Championship UK

Players can have a single re-entry in each Day 1 before the end of late registration.
If a player progresses to Day 2, they may still play future Day 1s to attempt to build a bigger chip stack or cash multiple times.
All players who reach Day 2 will receive Minimum-Cash value from the prize pool.
If a player makes it to Day 2 more than once, their highest stack will be in play from the start, all other stacks will be forfeit but will receive Minimum-Cash value from the prize pool.

If a player makes it to Day 2 and is unable to play for any reason (including isolation due to Covid 19), they will receive Minimum-Cash value from the prize pool. Their chips will remain in play and blinds/ antes will be taken when appropriate. If the player’s chips remain in play after a pay jump, they will receive the value of that pay jump.
Day 2 seats are non-transferable.
Management decision is final.

Online Satellites

Players may win multiple tickets for this event. Any unused tickets at the end of the festival will be forfeit.
Players must use satellite tickets for target events. Any ticket not used for a target event will be forfeit with no refund available. (Example; Day 1A Tickets must and can only be used for Day 1A)

Buy-in

Players can buy into Online Day 1s, or Live Day 1 holding tanks via the partypoker software.

If a player buys into a holding tank and is then unable to play, the money will be returned to their partypoker account.
Players can buy-in in advance via Luxon Pay, head to the FAQs page for more information. Please note that Luxon Pay is a third-party organisation that will manage the buy-in, partypoker accepts no responsibility for any losses or errors that occur.
Players can buy-in with cash at the venue.
Management decision is final.

Payouts

3% of every prize pool will be withheld for tournament staff, marketing, and operational costs
Guaranteed events are paid out after deducting the withheld costs of the prize pool.
Example pay-outs are based on the guarantee of the tournament. If this is surpassed, the pay-out will be altered accordingly. We also reserve the right to alter the pay-out structure at our discretion.
Players who have bought in via partypoker (online day 1s or via holding tanks) will be paid into their partypoker account.

Players who have bought in with cash at the venue will be paid in cash.
Players who have bought in via Luxon Pay will be paid into their Luxon Pay account.
Management decision is final.

 partypoker Satellite promotion – PPC Experience Day Package

This promotion is open to all players that win a partypoker Championship UK Seat via a partypoker online satellite until 24th April, 2022.
Seats won after this date will not be part of the promotion.
This promotion runs from 10th April, 2022 until the 24th April, 2022.
All eligible players will be entered into a freeroll tournament that will take place on 25th April, 2022 on partypoker.

If an eligible player is unable to play the freeroll, there will be no compensation.
The final 5 players in the freeroll competition will receive a PPC Experience Day Package.
The experience day will take place on Wednesday 27th April and will include:

This package has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
The promotion is only valid for the partypoker Championship UK at Dusk Till Dawn from 16th April – 2nd May 2022.

The partypoker Championship UK schedules are subject to change, but the promotion will still be valid.
Any player who is seen to abuse the nature of this promotion will be eliminated from the promotion.
Management decision is final.

partypoker Last Longer promotion – PPC 550 Ticket

This promotion is open to all players that qualify to Day 2 of the partypoker Championship UK Main Event via a partypoker Online Day 1.
This promotion runs from 24th April, 2022 until the 27th April, 2022.

All eligible players will be entered into a last longer.
All eligible players will receive an exclusive merchandise goodie bag and PPC Card protector.
The final player in the last longer competition will receive a PPC ticket worth 550.
All tickets won via this promotion must be used for the target tournament, no ticket or cash alternatives will be available. 
The promotion is only valid for the partypoker Championship UK at Dusk Till Dawn from 16th April – 2nd May 2022.
The partypoker Championship UK schedules are subject to change, but the promotion will still be valid.
Any player who is seen to abuse the nature of this promotion will be eliminated from the promotion.

COVID 19

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic partypoker reserves the right to amend and cancel events should regulations in the host country/ venue change.
In line with the government's move to Plan B, from midnight Friday 10th December, a number of indoor venues, including casinos, require visitors to wear a face covering. Please ensure you wear a face covering when attending the partypoker Championship UK.
The host venue is responsible for adhering to local and national COVID19 health and safety rules.
