Grand Prix UK - Online Live Hybrid - Terms and Conditions

Poker 

• The event dates, schedule and structure are subject to change. 
• The Tournament Director(s) can make amendments to tournaments at their discretion. 
• All tournaments in this festival are unlimited re-entry. Players can have multiple entries per flight. 

• For an event to start, the tournament must have 15 players registered. 
• Day two stacks are non-transferable and will be in play from the start of day two. 
• Final Table deals are permitted at the tournament director’s discretion. 10% of the remaining prize pool must be left for the winner. 
• Players that register after a tournament starts will receive a full starting stack. 

Grand Prix UK LIVE  
 

• Players can have a single re-entry in each Day 1 before the end of late registration. 
• If a player progresses to Day 2, they may still play future Day 1s to attempt to build a bigger chip stack or cash multiple times. 
• All players who reach Day 2 will receive the £250 Minimum-Cash value from the prize pool.
• If a player makes it to Day 2 more than once, their highest stack will be in play from the start, all other stacks will be forfeit but will receive Min-Cash value from the prize pool. 

• If a player makes it to Day 2 and is unable to play for any reason (including isolation due to Covid 19), they will receive Minimum-Cash value from the prize pool. Their chips will remain in play and blinds/ antes will be taken when appropriate. If the player’s chips remain in play after a pay jump, they will receive the value of that pay jump. 
• Day 2 seats are non-transferable. 
• Management decision is final. 
• Errors and omissions excepted. 

Online Satellites 

• Players may win multiple tickets for this event. Any unused tickets at the end of the festival will be forfeit. 
• Unused tickets have no cash alternative. 
• All tickets are non-transferrable 
• Errors and omissions excepted. 

Buy-in 
 

• Players can buy into Online Day 1s, Online Day 1 SPRINTS, or Live Day 1 holding tanks via the partypoker software. 
• If a player buys into a holding tank and is then unable to play, the money will be returned to their partypoker account. 
• Players can buy-in in advance via Luxon Pay, head to the FAQs page for more information. Please note that Luxon Pay is a third-party organisation that will manage the buy-in, partypoker accepts no responsibility for any losses or errors that occur. 
• Players can buy-in with cash at the venue. 

• All buy-in methods are capped due to capacity at Dusk Till Dawn. 
• Management decision is final. 
• Errors and omissions excepted. 

Payouts 

• 3% of every prize pool will be withheld for tournament staff, marketing, and operational costs 

• Guaranteed events are paid out after deducting the withheld costs of the prize pool. 
• Example pay-outs are based on the guarantee of the tournament. If this is surpassed, the pay-out will be altered accordingly. We also reserve the right to alter the pay-out structure at our discretion. 
• Players who have bought in via partypoker (online day 1s or via holding tanks) will be paid into their partypoker account. 
• Players who have bought in with cash at the venue will be paid in cash. 
• Players who have bought in via Luxon Pay will be paid into their Luxon Pay account. 
• Any non-cash payouts will be made within 10 days of the end of the event.

partypoker buy-in promotion - £550 partypoker Championship Ticket 

• This promotion is open to all players that buy-in via partypoker live including Online Day 1s, Online SPRINT Day 1s and Live Day 1 holding tanks. 
• Players using other payment methods are exempt from this promotion. 

• Players must use their partypoker account for the full buy in to be eligible for the promotion and cannot part pay. 
• This promotion runs from 16th February, 2022 until the 13th March, 2022. 
• All eligible players will be entered into a last longer. 
• The final 10 players in the last longer competition will receive a $22 Grand Prix Mini seat to be played on partypoker on Monday 14th March.  
• The final 10 players in the last longer competition will receive a collectors merchandise goodie bag and an official ‘Golden Chip’ card protector. 

• The final player in the last longer competition will receive a £550 partypoker Championship Main Event ticket.  
• All tickets won via this promotion must be used for the target tournament, no ticket or cash alternatives will be available. 
• The promotion is only valid for the Grand Prix UK at Dusk Till Dawn from 10th March – 13th March 2022. 
• The Grand Prix UK and partypoker Championship schedules are subject to change, but the promotion will still be valid. 
• Any player who is seen to abuse the nature of this promotion will be eliminated from the promotion.

COVID 19 

• Due to the Covid 19 pandemic partypoker reserves the right to amend and cancel events should regulations in the host country/ venue change. 
• The host venue is responsible for adhering to local and national COVID19 health and safety rules.
